It appears to be a teenaged C.W. with collapsed lungs, a semi-truck accident, a medieval torture scenerio affecting his arm, a rare form of pupil-affecting fungas, and he was just robbed of everything on his person. This is all about as out of character and removed from reality as shipping Shane Walsh with Rick Grimes.
