Description
"Captain Rescue, from the Sega Saturn Cartridge Drive hit Captain Rescue's Radical Pain Train (1997) and Team Radical's power character in Sonic Heroes (2003), is set to appear in Smash Bros. for Wii 3d. He and Sonic will be the only two characters from the Sonic franchise to appear as playable characters in any game in 2014, including Mario and Sonic at the Detroit Olympic Tether Ball. and Sonic and Sega All Stars Battle Poker. These appearances, and particularly the Captain's appearance in SBW3D in place of Sonic, may indicate Sega's intention to make him the lead character in more titles. From the footage we've seen, all we have to say is 'shut up, tails, it's radical time!'"

It would be extremely odd to ever see sega actually bring back any Aosth characters in anything these days. Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine's about as good as its ever going get unfortunately, but this is a very awesome design for him so in that regard awesome work here. =3
